Collection of your personal information
When setting up ScreenKeeper, users will be asked to enter personal information including their gender, date of birth, the dates of previous cancer screens they have received, and the results of previous screens (abnormal or otherwise). All information entered is stored only on the user's device. Sharing of your personal information

If they do so using the in-application contact mechanism, the application will automatically add the following diagnostic information to their email: device type (for example, iPhone model number), operating system version, and ScreenKeeper application version. No personally identifiable device information is recorded, and users can see the recorded information in the body of the email. This information will be retained by Reach HPI for use in resolving user issues or contacting users when certain features have been added or changed. Reach HPI will store this information securely, and will never give this information to any other company or individual.
